Layers of the Land
September 4 - October 25
What do you notice when you really look at the world around you?
Inspired by the This Land Is Your Land" exhibit and the wonder of looking closely at nature, children can explore the colors, shapes, and textures of the landscape using paint swatches.
Tear, cut, and layer colors to create a place that feels familiar or imagine a place all your own.
A field, a forest, a backyard, a favorite view...what will you discover?
Stop by the Makery at the Museum Children's Space and make your own landscape!
