Abouttina hay

I grew up in a camera-happy family and have been shooting since childhood—from really pathetic efforts with a Brownie and a Kodak Instamatic, to some pretty decent concert photography (Jackson Browne, Eric Clapton, Fleetwood Mac, etc.) as a teenager with a Honeywell Pentax Spotmatic, to sports, travel, and nature photography with an assortment of Nikons. My passion for the past 10+ years has been nature photography, with an emphasis on birds (though I'll never turn down a chance to photograph a sloth, frog, or monkey). My photos have appeared in Sierra magazine, The Washington Post, and the Penn Stater magazine. I've lectured about photography on four-star cruise ships, at alumni reunions, to OLLI classes, and in retirement communities.
