About Mila Nanes

Mila Nanes is a 10th-grade student at State College Area High School who finds joy in writing poetry. She loves how poems let her express her thoughts and creativity in new ways. Many of her poems are inspired by traveling, spending time with loved ones, and the experiences she gathers in everyday life. Outside of writing, Mila enjoys dancing, participating in mock trials, creating art, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
