AboutAnne Cortese

Since moving to State College, PA in 1998, I have exhibited my photographs primarily at The Art Alliance of Central PA and have won several awards at juried shows.  In 2016 I secured a permanent installation of local photographers’ work at PSU Hershey Family Practice at Mt Nittany. At Foxdale I curated over 10 exhibitions of local artists.  As a member of the Art Alliance board I established their annual photography exhibit. In Los Angeles, I was a signature member of the National Watercolor Society and exhibited at the Laguna Beach Museum of Art, Watercolor West and at The Women’s Building.    My short films were shown at The Film Forum in New York, the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC and at the Carnegie Museum in Pittsburgh, PA.
