Bellefonte Streetscapes: Paintings from Urban Plein Air Workshop
The workshop on Urban Landscape was sponsored by the Bellefonte Art Museum for Centre County and Nancy Perkins. Despite the vagaries of the weather each artist found a site and worked diligently with the issues of perspective and color as light. Bellefonte is a place of character and history that is visible on each building and street. These artists have found something unique to express about the town.
